Chase did a great job taking the bumps out of (stretching) my carpet. Would highly recommend!

They were a little slow at delivering the carpet but the person who worked with me waived the delivery fee to make the situation right again.

I had a simple but needed job of carpet stretching to be done, and they did it. Without any issues. Looked much better after they were finished. I wouldnt have found them without Groupon. It worked all the way around.

When you book a service, you should send out a brochure or even an e-mail that details all services. I learned alot from your team on their visit. Might have scheduled additional cleaning service in advance had I known that it is recommended after stretching due to streaks that show up when flat.
