I went with three kids, and the people there were helpful and the climbs are varied and excellent. We had a great time.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Great gym and fun experience
Employees are hands off, there wasn't the formal lesson as described. Clean facility, most patrons seemed respectful, but owners/employees need to be mote diligent in enforcing rules, for example in the children's area there were some teenagers that were unrulely and could end up hurting a little one and in the 4+ hours there I never saw an employee pop their head in the area or walk around the facilities to check up on things, only to give people a quick tour.
Absolutely love this place!
Great place to climb and exercise. Clean with lots of space and a variety of climbing routes
Friendly & knowledgeable staff, plenty of route choices, great setting, fun kids room!
Love this place! Helpful staff and great people to surround yourself with
Very nice facility! The staff were very friendly & helpful as my friend & I were inexperienced climbers.

Crux Climbing Center makes it easy for folks who've never even climbed a flight of stairs to scale mountains. Every visit starts with a quick orientation to show newbies the ropes (literally), and first-timers even get free rental gear. Armed with harnesses and climbing shoes, newly-minted climbers hit the 22,000 square foot arena to try their powdered hand at rope climbing and bouldering. They can also jump into classes that cover just about everything, including how to fall without injuring yourself. For people looking to up their wall-scaling game, the studio also leads fitness and yoga classes, and includes a strength training area.
