What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer Cryotheraphy, Infrared Sauna, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Massage and compression therapy, all under one roof.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In my youth I suffered with chronic back and joint pain. As someone who was very active I felt my youth had been stolen by this disease. One day I discovered cryotherapy and it has enabled me to take back my life. I wanted to help others find holistic healing and relief that I had discovered.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping our guests with their health goals whether it's an athlete working on recovery and rejuvenation or someone with chronic pain who wants natural pain relief.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
with tears in his eye he said " After a long time of dealing with the pain I am now able to work out again, ride my bike and enjoy the outdoors, he said he has been able to sleep better and truly feels like he can finally get his life back on track
