Once I have arrived they tell me doctor is not there. So I have to reschedule, go back and they are closed and didn't get a call or email to let me know. That happened 3 times. I was supposed to get everything done by February and it's June now.

They Have canceled 2 follow up appointments since placing the dental implant. The first with out even calling. I showed up and they weren't there! Because of this, 2 months after the implant placement I still have no crown. Poor communication from the office regarding procedures and payments. I showed up for what I thought was an initial consult and was pressured into having the procedure done on the spot. The facility was messy, staff unprofessional, and the oral surgeon had a terrible bedside manner.

Well I had an implant and there seemed to be a lot of run around happening. At first I couldn't get an exact quote on how much any extras might cost me, then I didn't even see the doctor until the day off and he gave me the "low down" on how things were going to go. The appear to be professional but come off as amateurs.
