So the first time I brought my dog here, I had a great experience- great customer service. When I came back to pick my dog up from being gone on vacation I had a completely different experience. I smelled urine as soon as I walked in, the staff did not know where my dog's food was, or her leash, and did not seem to very knowledgeable about the groupon I was using, or had anything to share with me about my dog's stay. Will not be coming back here...

What a positive boarding experience! I had bought a Groupon, so this was our first time. I have a senior dog and she was so well cared for. Staff really paid attention to her and noticed when she wanted to mix with other dogs - that's great. We're looking forward to coming back. Thanks DD and team!
