They missed the first appt. When they showed up at second, they wanted to charge me extra for all vents, but the Groupon clearly states all vents. They left behind a mess and did a poor job. I called before writing this review, their response: We don’t have very many techs in Colorado you should ask Groupon for a refund.

Horrible experience. One guy came over and basically hooked a machine up to one of my vents and vacuumed out the loose dust. No cleaning whatsoever. Then quoted me nearly $800 to actually clean the ducts. Now, I was fully expecting an upsell, but the last time I did one of these Groupon vouchers, they did a full clean for only an additional $150 or so. This was the worst bait and switch ever.

they were on time and very professional. however, by the time they finished i had incurred over $750 in additional costs that were included in the "basic service" offered on Groupon.
