What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I created a chiropractic clinic to serve as a community center for wellness minded individuals and families in central/south Austin. This is important because people are dying from preventable diseases of chronic illness, and being disabled by spinal degeneration, at rates never seen on this planet. My mission is to save as many lives as possible from the ravages of chronic disease & spinal degeneration, by reconnecting them with their God given, innate healing potential through natural, safe, & effective chiropractic care.

What do you love most about your job?

I love the satisfaction that comes with truly making a difference in people's lives. I love knowing that I've made a difference in the health of a family. However, mostly I love changing people's paradigm about health and wellness. We are indoctrinated to think that health is not normal, and to get it requires the medical system. I love it when patients are empowered to take their health into their own hands, because they realize that their innate genetic intelligence is everything they need to be perfectly healthy and happy.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

Obviously it is great when you can help people get out of pain, which happens very often. People will gush over you if you can relieve their pain. I had a patient call me "magic" once, which made me laugh! However chiropractic isn't about reducing pain, even though we are great at that. My favorite reaction is when people say things like "Why has no one ever told me these things before?!" That means that their education has truly begun. That means that they are moving towards a paradigm shift.
