David was fun to work with! I haven’t worked out in forever and am embarrassingly out of shape. Everyone was so kind and understanding and encouraged me to push through. Impact Strong makes working out fun and exciting rather than the usual dread of going to the gym.

The gym is nice, with all the equipment you need to work out with, in a simple set up that it easy to use. The trainers are great and are very encouraging and motivating throughout your workout. I'm very glad my friend recommended this place to me.
