The Lake Travis Wellness Center strives to help clients feel good through holistic, natural treatments such as colonic hydrotherapy, for which they hold certification from the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy. During a session, filtered water flows through the large intestine, helping to loosen and remove toxins that can cause bloating, constipation and digestive issues. They also practice certified massage therapy, preforming pin-and-stretch therapy, or soft-tissue therapy, which “pins” muscles before stretching them back to their original length. The process restores circulation to musculature and promotes natural healing.
