Have you had a tough time improving your health? Tried working out on your own or joined a group that didn't work for you? I can help you find your own, personal path to achieving your fitness goals. We will find out what works for you and I will help design workouts that you actually enjoy!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I was 40lbs overweight, depressed, and everything I tried was boring, too hard or ineffective. Nobody had shown me an exercise routine I enjoyed, and working with a trainer helped me discover the kind of active lifestyle I actually liked. Now I help my clients develop a healthy lifestyle they like.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Improving my health was one of the greatest steps I took on my life journey and I've always loved teaching. Being a trainer allows me to combine these passions. I don't define good health by numbers or looks - that didn't work for me - I wanted to offer a personalized approach to health.

What do you love most about your job?
The people! And seeing them change in body and mind as they learn to love fitness. So many of my clients have come to me frustrated and feeling low about their bodies. It's incredibly rewarding to witness their happiness when they reach their goals and find benefits they never expected.
