Waste of money and time. Was barely on the table 30 minutes and of those 30 minutes the girl was actually doing something for less than half. A lot of wet towels on my back. The 3 lotions and scrubs took less than 1 minute to apply each. I thought for the exfoliation part of it I'd at least get a little bit more time, but no. Hardly any pressure at all it almost felt like feathers on my back

It was freezing in the room, never checked in to see if I wanted an extra blanket or a table warmer, was 20 minutes late with no apology or explanation (the front desk did apologize but aesthetician did not) and got some jelly product on my pants which has been through the wash twice now and has not come out all the way. It's funny because I did feel relaxed at some points and even fell asleep but the service was almost laughable. I do want this student to succeed but there has to be a better way of giving feedback rather than through Groupon. If there was a quick survey or form at the end of the appointment I would have been happy to fill it out to give her the feedback she needs to improve.
