Helpful staff good selection but not low priced
Nice people, courteous service. No surprises on the price. Glasses ready in a reasonable amount of time.
Group on was a joke. Still paid $250 for one pair of glasses. In other words would have paid $475 for one pair. Could gave gotten same pair at Walmart for 1/2 the price and save the money from buying groupon. Don't buy into pearl vision. They obviously jack up their prices to offer a discount which is equal to regular price at other retailers. Very disappointed
The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The whole process was very quick and pleasant. They had a decent selection of frames at competitive prices. The turn around time to get the frames made and installed was extremely quick as well. Overall I had a great experience.
Good customer service, but not a large selection.
Limited selection. Still paid $100+ on top of Groupon fee so I question their prices as well
They don't tell you the lenses cost more than the frames. And that's for regular single vision lenses.
