I had a wonderful experience during my wax appointment with Carol. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. To my surprise, the service was virtually painless. I truly appreciate her skill and care, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality service.
