Classes teach the very basic boxing techniques. Not the best workout.

Really nice owners/teachers, and a relaxing atmosphere (for boxing anyways). Will have to buy wraps when you get there

They are very friendly and are very family oriented. My tip is to just do it. Go for it. The owner himself is really nice.
