After familiarizing myself with the benefits that Rolfing provides, I decided to test it firsthand even though I had heard various experiences with regard to practitioners. As with anything finding a experienced, sensitive and effective certified Rolfer is important. Kara has a good sense as to what I needed. After reading about rofling, it wasn't quite what I expected. I expected it to be more like an intense deep tissue massage. I know they want you to do 10 sessions to get the full effect but can't see doing it after the first one.

I am very please with the way my body has responded to Rolfing. Always been interested in trying and I feel a lightness with some chronic shoulder issues. My yoga practice has also improved significantly. I've always had my handstand, but this made it easier. I'm on 4 of the 10 series and I can't wait to see how it all goes!
