Nice place, but if you’re expecting a fibroblast treatment like photos on the internet, you will be disappointed. I bought upper and lower lids, and the practitioner only did 3 rows of dots spaced far apart on my upper, and a few more on my lower, but did even touch specific wrinkles. She took maybe 10 minutes for the whole treatment. When I got home and saw in the mirror how sparse the dots were, I texted her. She basically said, when I got the other two treatments all the areas would be covered. No one ever mentioned 3 treatments, and I’ve seen loads of photos of how dense the dots are supposed to be. I guess you might need 3 treatments if the dots are that far apart. Since I was leaving town for a month, I texted the owner when I came back and sent her photos of how sparse the dots were on my upper lid. She said basically that I really needed surgery and shouldn’t expect results from fibroblast. Again, I’ve seen some pretty dramatic before and afters of women with much worse hooded lids than mine, but their treatment was with a dense grid of dots. Very disappointed in the treatment, and even more so with the owner’s unwillingness to make it right for me. For 20 minutes of her time, she could have had a glowing review.

Wendi is very professional and knowledgeable, and will tend to your individual skin needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new spa, even if you can’t get one of the remaining groupons. The spa is located in a building that doesn’t show up on gps, but just remember that it is in a large building next to World Market. The pricing seems fair and I will definitely return.

Heather was amazing! Super professional, friendly, and skilled. The salon is decorated nicely and the table I laid on was super comfortable and made it easy to relax. This was my first time having a facial treatment, but heather took the time to explain what she was doing, why, and how to take care of my skin at home after to maintain the results. My skin was glowing and so soft!
