I went to Aruba on Bee Caves Rd. Although I liked the sweat that I got in the sauna, the actual structure was too small to lie down in, and after 40 minutes I really wanted to lie down! There was no water available anywhere but the bathroom sink and after the sauna you had to immediately get dressed and leave. There are no showers or even a place to rinse off (except the one bathroom sink, again.) I am 60 and so the sweat took it out of me. I really, really needed a place to sit down for about 10 minutes and cool off before leaving. They told me I could sit on the benches in the lobby, where you enter. No thanks!
