It did not seem that these people were very customer service oriented, and whoever is responsible for answering the email box really needs work on not sounding so snarky and annoyed when responding to client questions. The tone of all their communications was condescending and cold. I felt as though my questions were bothering them. I sent an email several days before our shoot to confirm that I had the correct location in mind, but I received no response. As it turned out that day, I did not have the exactly right place, and when I called Bruce to get help, he LAUGHED at me and talked to me like a child. Not at all a good experience. I was so upset going in to the shoot because of this that the whole experience felt tense and impersonal. Some of the pictures were nice, but I like it when the photographer tells me if my hair is really out of place (especially if we're shooting outside) or to straighten my posture, which Bruce did not. He took quite a few pictures in unflattering poses, and I wasn't able to use many of them in our annual holiday letter. I will not be back, and I will not recommend Bruce Covill Photography to my friends.

Some of the pictures were good. But on some of the pictures, we were put in poses we were not comfortable with. Also, the flash was used when it wasn't necessary for some pictures.

His descriptions are accurate and he is very punctual and professional.

Bruce is really nice. Took extra time than mentioned. If you are going to get your pictures taken bull creek wear walking shoes and jeans.
