I was a student here years ago, and I couldn’t wait to go back! It’s still a welcoming environment. The other class members were very kind and encouraging. I’m looking d forward to more classes.

This was my first time trying kickboxing and I loved it! Great workout and it keeps you out of your head while learning great techniques. Will definitely be going back, regretting not getting the 20 class deal. Everyone is very friendly and never felt awkward or judged
