The woman is extremely unprofessional; did not show up the first time I made an appointment (I live 30 min. away), and the second time she arrived late leaving me knocking on the door after telling me to please show up at least 5 min. early. The whole "salt therapy" is a joke; 4 people laying around fidgeting, waiting for something to happen. Waste of money!
