Purchased a Groupon for Botox, appt took several weeks, facility was nice, Dr Chan did mention that he had thought they removed their Groupon Offer- Paid EXTRA $200+ for additional injections that was 12/13/16 it takes about 2 weeks for the Botox to kick in by the last week of January 2017 it had already started to wear off by Feb 13 Full Movement has returned .. I could have simply saved myself $300 .
