I appreciate the team’s kindness. A couple of points for improvement: conversations and phone ringing made it hard to relax, and the facial cleansing with extraction was done only on the nose, without checking other areas or asking about my comfort. Thank you for considering this feedback.

The aesthetician was very young and very sweet. She did a nice job but didn’t ask about any issues I was having with my skin. I heard voices talking while I was trying to zone out.
