Having discovered indoor cycling in New York City, the owner of RedBike, Albert Ghitis, decided to leave his career in hospitality and start his own fitness club. In his studio, he aims to provide the best customer service experience, as well as motivate and help each client reach their fitness goals by creating a stress-free environment and a sense of community. RedBike's full-body workouts focus on legs and core, as well as incorporate upper body movements. During the sessions, instructors combine music, lighting, and special elements, as well as make use of dance-inspired choreography suited for all fitness levels.
