The person who I communicated with via email to set the appointment up gave me a date and time and person. When I made arrangements for that time and got to Tricho they told me they had no reservation for me or was even expecting me. They allowed me to "use" the pool which was booked out by a family for the holiday and I wasnt even allowed to enter. I then emailed the person back and tried to find out what happened and never heard from them again! SMH! Will get a credit from Groupon and use it somewhere else.
