Me and my friend both bought one and booked in advance. We both had to arrange schedules to have off work on the same day and drove an hour to get there to be "pampered." Not even 30 minutes before our appointment we were told that we would need to re-book because they were short staffed (however if we had needed to cancel or re-schedule we are required to give them an hour notice). When we expressed how inconvenient that was they told us we could both come today as long as we were ok with having a three hour break in between sessions. Not convenient but it was our only option at that point.We had purchased the more expensive groupon that came with an additional 20 minute scrub...when we got there we were told they did not have time for that even though I expressly told them which package I bought when I booked the appointment and that they could just fit the scrub into the hour massage instead of being additional time. So we both go our sessions cut short with no offer for any kind of partial refund/discount off next visit or a sincere apology...only excuses. When we came back for my friends turn even though hers got cut short too we were told that the client who we were waiting on to finish had only booked an hour but had the opportunity to add an extra hour. What?? So there was NO way they could give us our full session but other clients had the right to add an additional hour no problem?? I don't know if they gave us bottom priority because we had groupons or were just that unprofessional but I will definitely NOT be returning.
