Cindy did a great job with the chair massage and with reflexology. I felt very pampered.

Took forever to make an appt and then when the Groupon expired she charged me $40 extra. Then she pressured us into giving a big tip. Ended up paying more than I would for a regular massage. Not worth it!

If you like deep pressure and no frills-setting, this might be the right place for you. I had a positive experience with a private room--that was not extra unlike other reviews here. I only have two minor questions/suggestions. Since Aromatherapy is in the business title, I expected a more sensory experience in the room not just the lavendar oil used in the massage, maybe a reed diffuser with essential oils. Maybe that is constrained by a groupon. Also they did not do a client intake, so I'm not sure how they track repeat clients. I only mention this because when she offered me a discounted rate at 75 for 3 visits for future visits, only if I paid for it upfront, because she did not know when I might come back, which was odd, but I understand businesses set time limits on discounts.

I paid for a 90 minute service, I was given at best, at 60 minute service. 1/3 of my time vanished and I am not happy. The person that did the work was good.
