Communication/service sucks!! Took car at 8 - to be done by noon. We had to call at 1 to be told machine broke down, car be done in an hour or 2. THEN we had to call back again at 4;15 to be told it was done but he had to leave early (in 20 min) so we'd have to get it NEXT DAY!! We called back insist they wait for us & went & got car. No receipt. No work order paper. No evidence we had been there, OR that they had DONE ANYTHING!! HOW do we know they even looked at it????? A true FIASCO!!

Owner was very condescending and unprofessional. He expected us to pay the total he gave us when we arrived and did not provide a bill so we could view the charges, which were more than I expected. When I asked for an itemized bill he said I would get that after I paid. I finally found out the quote he gave over the phone didn't include labor. I only gave 2 stars b/c the work was completed.

Barnett's got me right in and took care of the Groupon (a/c service) and gave me a fair price on other repair work at the same time. I'll definitely be going back

My husband called and was able to have an appointment right away to have our car serviced. The staff was friendly and explained how the coupon worked. We got our A/C serviced with no complaints..

The air conditioning service takes 2 hours to complete. Take a book or your laptop, or arrange for a ride if you don't want to wait there. Don was pleasant and helpful and I am happy with the service. I am considering having further work done to my car there.
