Coco did an amazing job on my brows! I have had mine done before but she was the best that has ever done them.

Coco was very friendly and professional. I did the eyebrow microblading and I love my brows! She is definitely an expert in the industry. She did an amazing job! I highly recommend her 1000/10

Upon arrival, Coco was not there. She hadn’t even left her house yet. I waited over a half hour. Finally she answered my text and her response was she didn’t know I would be on time so she was still home and lived in another town. When she did arrive, I sat in her office for an hour as she tried to bring up the forms on her tablet for me to sign. Then her family called and she left the room 2-3x to speak to them in privacy. During the procedure, I was not asked the brow tint but was told she’d match my natural hair color. She used very dark ink, almost black and my hair color is light brown. The brows turned out jagged but she reassures me that during the touch up she would perfect them and not to worry. Now that I’m trying to books touch up appointment she is not cordial but blasting me with screenshots of the waiver I signed. It’s impossible to book on her site for the touch up appointment and when I reached out for help she texted she would help me but never did. Instead she refused to help me telling me her site is to schedule on and it’s not her issue if I cannot. I spent $$297 and she told me it was $100 just for the shading on top of that. I’m not one to sit back and be taken advantage of but I am one to pursue this in court and put in a complaint at the State level and with Groupon.

Coco was so friendly and such a joy to talk to while she did my brows. I love them and would recommend!
