This place is closed down. I purchased this and went to the facility with my grandson all dressed and ready to take pictures and the doors are locked and place is empy... closed down

They double and triple book their appointments so try to schedule for right when they open or at times of the year when it would not be very crowded.

When it was time to edit / pick the pictures they zoomed too far in that they did not fit into the frames that I had bought from them. Didn't realize this until after the pictures were bought and home trying to frame them. When I brought them back to fix them they did not edit them and take out the big black mark they have on the floor and where the back drop ended and was showing another colored wall.

Wait time was horrible. Pictures were poor quality and photographer didn't know how to touch up pictures. Had to go back a second time.

I love the picture people in Visalia. The manager is awesome and she has taught her staff to be awesome as well. I always get great pictures of my son, and he is a handful!
