About The Therapist

As an empath, I have always been drawn to holistic healing & wanted to pursue a career in natural wellness. I earned my Associates Degree in Human Services & a Certificate in Chemical Dependency Counseling but I realized I wanted to help people on a more holistic level so I went back to school & became a Licensed Massage Therapist. I am also a Reiki Master Practitioner & I`m always enjoying learning new things such as Ayurvedic studies, herbalism, palmistry & more.

These days there is so much to do & such little time to get things done. I want to give people a peaceful space where they can put their anxieties & stressors on hold so that they can focus on themselves. Self care & self love is extremely important. You owe it to yourself to take care of your mind, body & spirit.
