With this festival its not what you think! Yes it is fun and you can hang out with your friends but groupon left out some key information about this event. Groupon should had all four ways that you can get the best deal possible. We went this festival and all of us spent close to $200 each. So this is just a place to spend money, I would not attend next yr

It was fun. There were a lot more food trucks than last year. I enjoyed the bands as well!

The food was good. The prices at some stands were higher than the restaurant (Masons Lobster Roll was $15 no chips but delicious). I got a great deal at one of the pulled pork stands.... $5. I didn’t eat steamed crabs but had my chair near the Jimmy’s Seafood stand. The crabs were large, hot and good price. The line was long most of the day so they must of been delicious. Alcohol lines were long.

This was my first time going to this event.? I would return now that I know what to expect. However it’s not uniform or announced up from that a lot of the vendors do not accept credit / debit cards. There are atm machines there (but I’m not a fan of paying someone to get my own money). Also bring wipes!! There was a bathroom which by 3:00pm only one stall was working and no toilet paper

It was a very nice experience. I love the location near the water and not a very crowded area. Food portions we're not big but it's sea food and it was pretty good. Look forward to next year. Bring a chair and umbrella to enjoy the music and relaxation.

From Our Editors

Baltimore has always been a seafood town—and it should be, considering it's the second-largest seaport in the Mid-Atlantic. To celebrate the city's succulent Maryland blue crabs, local oysters, and other foodie treats, the fifth annual Baltimore Seafood Festival treats denizens to a day of dishing and cavorting through the lovely Canton Waterfront Park.
