The ice was in TERRIBLE condition. There was really no way to skate on it. We were told the Special Olympic team had been there that morning. Usually we go to Mt. Pleasant which is infinitely better than what we experienced today. There were LARGE ruts in the ice and it was covered with snow. The fireplace was very nice though - but not enough that we will ever return! Go to Mt Pleasant.
