Spruce up your outside- get a nice sign at least and make it look like a real spa. Our service was wonderful but people might get scared away before even coming in. Also- we loved our technicians but professional dress might also help improve your image and first impression.

There was no questioning regarding health issues or concerns. Typically, there is some type of questionnaire to fill out before getting a massage or asking about allergies, etc.

My only constructive criticism would be that they ladies introduce themselves to their clients. Other than that, their services are wonderful and the pricing is reasonable.
