Very basic cleaning and rushed job. Kept trying to up-sell and didn’t move anything off the carpet, just cleaned around it, even the coffee table. Had I be told things needed to be moved, I would have had the carpets clear of furniture before my appointment.

Yes , we tried to up sell because you carpet needed a deep cleaning , but we understand that you couldn’t get it done . We don’t move furniture without the customers permission or the customers helping us move it , there are a lot of people out here looking to say that we broke something. Basic steam clean jobs don’t take long at all there was nothing rushed about you service that you purchased. We are not a moving company we clean carpets, next time if you want areas cleaned move things off the carpet.
