Sue Oulette was an incredible instructor -knowledgeable, to-the-point and absolutely hilarious delivery! I enjoyed this experience so much - pleasantly surprised. I would absolutely recommend this program & Sue Oulette to anyone who has struggled with food issues that way I have for decades.

Don't expect this to be magic. There is still a level of individualized work for you. This session gives excellent tips & tools and strengthens your mindset for a more positive outlook. My favorite from the session is a "NO DIET" concept! Thanks!

My daughter and I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the nutrition information and tips. We came away from the session more aware of how food influences us. The hypnosis left us refreshed as a good night's sleep. After approximately 3 weeks, we have lost a total of 11 lbs. The CDs on stress reduction proved useful in relaxing and the Recess CD has helped motivate me to exercise most days and really enjoy it.
