After a major health scare at the age of 24, LoveCore Wellness' head honcho, Melise Frazier, knew she needed to change some things—and not just the health-destroying foods in her pantry. In addition to adopting a more nutrition-focused lifestyle, Melise began drowning out her negative inner monologue with positive thoughts and empowering mantras. The result? Self discovery and healing, both psychologically and physiologically. This newfound vigor eventually led her to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she earned her credentials as a holistic health coach.

Today, Melise continues to dedicate herself to helping women change the health of their bodies and the negative script of their minds by crafting custom nutritional plans and leading educational sessions that preach the importance of self love. And to bolster her mission, she offers juice cleanses, detoxifying teas, and other holistic products meant to heal the body inside and out.
