SoulFlower Lashes & Spa are licensed estheticians who set the tone aiming a relaxing, mind-blowing customer service experience. We offer various services, including lash extensions, facials, body waxing, etc. Our goal is to help our clients create a space to unwind from everyday life. During our sessions, we use the help of essential oils, crystals, and candles to relax.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

We wanted to create a space where individuals could silence the noisy world, unwind, realign and self-care "Soulfully care" about themselves—a place where self is the most important. At SoulFlower, everything you are surrounded by has a pure intention to bring you good. After a long day of work or before any big event, it's never the wrong time to focus on yourself.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

We truly appreciate all the reviews left behind by previous clients. All the positive feedback encourages us to continue to work hard. We appreciate any help you can provide.

I’ve been reluctant to write a review because I’m still trying to redeem my second voucher. After a lot of run around I was able to schedule my first wax. She explained that she did not have the proper wax and I left with a lot of hair and my skin ripped and burnt in spots which is why I decided not to take advantage of her touch up service. I’ve been trying to redeem my 2nd voucher to no avail.

At the time of your appointment, I explained the wax being used and proceeded with the service professionally. I’m sorry to hear you experienced irritation afterward; everyone’s skin reacts differently, but I would never intentionally provide a service that compromises a client’s safety or comfort. Regarding your second voucher, I have communicated and reached out. As stated in my policies, I am very busy and not always able to respond immediately. This is exactly why all guests have full access to book or rebook appointments online at their convenience — my business operates under an online-booking-only system. I understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience. You are still welcome to redeem your second voucher by booking directly through the online system.
