Don't be fooled by the look, Sunnyside Cafe might not give you ambiance, but the food was right!!! Their butterfly shrimp were plump and juicy and fried catfish gave me life. The restaurant has lots of potential and the staff was giving you customer service. I'll be back.

The food is very inexpensive, so you can get a LOT for $20. We got a 5-piece chicken and waffles, snicker doodle french toast with strawberries, and two breakfast sandwiches for only $2 extra. We were both STUFFED after the chicken and waffles and the French toast, so my boyfriend saved the breakfast sandwiches for dinner... And we were still pretty full at dinner time. Know that it is a fairly inconspicuous space; it shares a sign with another store. Also, it is tiny inside and there isn't really anywhere to eat, so plan to carry out. Since they cook all food to order, it wil, also take 15-20 minutes for your order, depending on how big it is.
