After a couple of false starts, this nice Italian Bistro has found its niche. With a new chef and a reorganized space, we had a wonderful dinner. This is the kind of place to note the specials as they may be worth trying. We did. Oh, the service was very good also.

The pastas were not worth the price, sm portions and bland flavors very disappointed. The pizza dough was more like bread dough not real italian pizza.

Great service with a relaxing atmosphere. Chicken parm was enough for 2 people. Cesar salad had the best Cesar I have ever tasted. This is a true gem in Baltimore without being ripped off like the restaurants in Litttle Italy. Go here and don't go there. Fried artichokes were to die for.

Family had a very nice meal there. Husband enjoyed mussels in red sauce, son had gnocchi, and I had chicken parm. Delicious appetizer of fried artichoke and Barrata salad. Best garlic bread I have ever had. Tiramisu was freshly made and wonderful. Staff was very nice and attentive.

The experience was mediocre. We would not return. I had high hopes, since I love the deli, but the food just wasn't very good.

From Our Editors

At Triancria Cafe, "The Mediterranean" isn't just an ocean—it's a rustic, thin-crust pizza, topped with sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, and a sprinkling of capers. And, unlike an ocean, you don't have to share it with anyone else: each of the six specialty thin-crust pieces are made to feed one.

The rest of the Italian menu runs the gamut from cheesy spinach lasagna to hot subs stuffed with eggplant parmesan. Even the breakfast sandwiches boast an Italian touch, as they're made with toasted focaccia instead of America's national bread, a huge potato chip.
