At Triancria Cafe, "The Mediterranean" isn't just an ocean—it's a rustic, thin-crust pizza, topped with sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, and a sprinkling of capers. And, unlike an ocean, you don't have to share it with anyone else: each of the six specialty thin-crust pieces are made to feed one.
The rest of the Italian menu runs the gamut from cheesy spinach lasagna to hot subs stuffed with eggplant parmesan. Even the breakfast sandwiches boast an Italian touch, as they're made with toasted focaccia instead of America's national bread, a huge potato chip.
