DO NOT PURCHASE! If you have ANY issues whatsoever, you’ll be given the runaround and told it’s not their problem by both the hotel and Groupon. My daughter got sick and we wanted to still keep one night of the reservation, not both, because she was almost feeling better. They would not honor ANY of our reservation if we did not check in on the first night. So we paid all of this money for NOTHING! We went back and forth with Groupon and the hotel and no one would help us. We paid all of this money for absolutely nothing. We will NEVER AGAIN purchase anything from Groupon nor will we stay at Great Wolf. They are happy to take your money and not fulfill any service. It’s a scam.

I tried to let them do the right thing and refund me they haven’t bed bugs they place is outdated and the food is not appetizing I will continue to pursue my refund don’t waste your time zero stars but you have to push one to submit review
