We’ve been coming here for the past 3 years. There are still things broken in the waterpark that were broken then. The smell of chlorine is so strong that we were coughing and others were coughing too. The owl on the Great Clock Tower is broken. Many things are not updated and have been broken since we came 3 years ago.

The staff was wonderful checking in. The room was very clean (except under the kids bunk beds. There was candy and chips scattered under the mattresses. But hey, kids🤷🏼‍♀️) The water park was fun with lots of lifeguards around. And the arcade was really cool! Overall, we would definitely go back.

Hidden extra charges; parking 20.00 a day is terrible when you’re already paying to stay at resort.
