My wife was home for the appointment and indicated she was very happy with the service.

They were in and out in 20 min. Carpets were soaked for hours. Not one stain was removed and they kept telling me all the things they couldn't do. I would not recommend wasting your money or your time.

This was a total scam!. They first asked to fill up their water tank from my garden hose which I agreed to. I asked if they would clean the matching ottoman to my sofa and chair and said yes but it would cost $20 extra above my groupon. I agreed to this. After looking at the sofa and chair they said they could not steam clean it as the dyes might run. The label on the chair , which they looked at said 100% polyester fabric, so it would definitely not bleed colours. They said it needed dry cleaning and started applying a spray of a solvent that would dissolve fats, benzene based, and rubbed at the fabric briefly with a towel. All they did was vacuum this off. I did as much whenever I vacuum the sofa and chair. They left it exactly as dirty as before they came and only worked at it for 15 minutes total. I asked them to steam clean it and they refused saying the furniture was too old!. It is 25 years old and has mainly been used in an office. The set cost $2000 and was very well made and in excellent condition except for the oily stains from human skin. They charged me the extra $20 plus tax and were gone saying they should have charged me another $20 for the organic spray which amounted to about 25 ml. of Spray Nine or some similar product.

They were punctual, and flexible. They were helpful as well. They did a great job on my carpets. I will be calling them again to do the the rest of my house.
