Walmart staff unable to access Groupon and then requested I mark as “Redeemed” to try to use it; thus the Groupon became useless. I have notified Groupon.

Process of booking and then viewing photos after the appointment was easy to manage. Photographer wasn’t great so if you are looking for lots of good shots it’s not ideal - I had a Groupon for 2 shots so just wanted 2 good ones which I got. I think he was new/maybe training - photographer last year was much better.
