Staff was friendly but I could not imagine paying the regular price for the service. The room needs some upgrades. For example they could use more ambiance lighting so it is not so bright as you are laying down. Also, they do not have a towel to place around your upper body which was awkward with the steam and treatment and it getting on my shirt.

wanted to really like the place. The two staff members I met were very friendly and awesome knowledgeable. However pretty upset with their policy. I booked micro needling, which requires a two step appointment with the first one being a consultation and then the second one is actually when you get the procedure done which at the time they were pretty busy and walked so a lot of the availability they didn't match my availability so I ended up missing to use my Groupon by the expiration date. When scheduling they took down the fact that this was the same Groupon I did my consultation and never mentioned that I would have to pay the difference. Went there did the procedure and it wasn't until I was at the checkout that they told me I had to pay the difference of the procedure and the Groupon, which ended up to be more expensive than the Groupon itself. I was completely unaware of it and live over an hour away and ended up having to run to my bank to take money out because I had no other form of payment all while just getting my face micro needled. Completely disappointed and if I would have known I was going to be responsible for an additional $300- I would have just requested a refund from Groupon. They are actually the only place so far that I've had this issue with all my other places acknowledge the Groupon after expiration. So sad but will probably keep with the Wrinkle fairy I just wish I had the opportunity to choose because I would have asked for a refund from Groupon as there's alot more things I need to spend the money on that's kind of why I do Groupon.
