I made an appointment, but had to cancel the morning of (the appointment was in the evening) I am a massage therapist and have worked at many day spas throughout the country, and while all of them had a 24 hour cancellation policy, we have never charged a first time customer, or even a regular customer, until it became habitual, but they decided I needed to be charged right out the gate I still haven't made my make up appointment and I doubt I actually will I canceled my appointment for something that could not be helped Not impressed with their customer service, and their nit-picking for a $10 fee just cost them a client that would have been a regular, who is from the industry and thus knows how to tip well
