Havana Delights Cafe, Bartow

The owner was delightful! She was helpful, personable and gave great recommendations. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed.

I've eaten here loads of times with my Wife and children. My favorite that I ordered often is the carne fritas. Very nice owners, came to the table and had a wonderful conversation.

Groupon is great. A whole in the wall place, but friendly staff. Good portions.

Well I went in there and use the Groupon. Didn't seem to be too happy with that. Bought something for $10.95 and something for $8.95 plus two pastries she told me were $2 a piece so that to me is $23.90 plus tax which should be no more than maybe $2 so that's about $25.90. She charged me an additional $7.38 I believe and said she gave me my correct change, got out to my truck she gave me $9.62 out of a $20 bill which I should have got a $12.62 so I went back in and she said she gave me more than that gave me one more dollar back and then told me that to read the fine print that it said she is allowed to charge 18% gratuity on the Groupon. I did not see that on the group on it said recommended tip on full price. So then she sent me a receipt saying it was $7 in $0.38 and that she gave me $12 to $0.62 change when she in fact only in the end gave me $10.62 so she overcharged Me by $2
