If I could leave 0 stars I would. No one showed up the day the cleaning was supposed to take place. No one has returned our phone calls. I need my money back and an apology is also in order.

This is fraud. They somehow managed to redeem my groupon without ever showing up to clean our house. They are impossible to get in touch with and now we are trying to get a refund from Groupon and that is proving to be difficult. This needs to be taken down ASAP.

I would give a zero; not an option. I bought for my daughter and myself. Scheduled over a week in advance. Attempted several times to call and email to confirm and never heard back from them. They never showed up for either appointment. I have been refunded for my purchase by Groupon. When I spoke with the Customer Service Rep she stated that they have had multiple complaints about them. Don't buy
