I enjoyed my stay at the Planet Beach Spa. I would like to say that the facility was very clean, with courteous staff, and even refreshments. My favorite thing was the full body hydration. I loved it and definitely will be back.

Do not go to the French Quarter location. Customer service was sorely lacking. Premises is run down, marks and messes on floor and walls. Ceiling open to wires and pipes. Big container of insect killer behind my chair during treatment. Loud noises the whole time. TINY treatment room.
