Manager, Spanish look lady standing at the counter wasn’t happy for us having a Groupon Bowling voucher. She asked us to wait around 2 hours saying lanes aren’t free. We could see that lanes are available and people coming after us getting their shoes/ lanes immediately. This isn’t acceptable at all. We came long way form Lafayette, had an infant with us and she made us wait till 12:00am midnight.

Both times I went here, the bowling lanes we used broke. You get 1 hour of bowling and for 25 minutes of it we were waiting for our lane to get fixed and they only gave us an additional 10 minutes to “fix” it. Playing laser tag was a hassle because it wasn’t organized and no one manned the station. Arcade is fun but because you can’t win prizes there’s only so many games you can play.
