About Coastal Pursuit

Captain David Salinas Jr. and Captain Larry Bolten have hunted big redfish and trophy trout throughout the waters of Galveston Bay for his entire life. They love the challenge as much as they love sharing the experience with others. Captain David Salinas founded Coastal Pursuit to do just that, and along with Captain Larry Bolton, they take guests on charter trips throughout the Bay Complex to catch the biggest fish of their angling careers. Aside from tackle, rods, and reels, they provide cleaning and iced storage for the day's catch. They expect guests to bring their own fishing licenses, attire and protection for weather conditions, and any food and drink.

Captain Ken was a delight to fish with. He made sure we had plenty of opportunities to catch fish. Capt. Ken was prepared and had all the tackle needed for our trip. I do recommend this charter service.

Captain Ken Terry was fantastic. My husband and two boys had a great time. They didn't catch much, but that wasn't due to a lack of Captain Terry trying. He took them all over the bay looking for a better spot. We will definitely go again.
