It was cool just wish there was more live actors. We got a lot of laughs if anything.

Do not waste your money, gas or time! I am actually very disappointed with Groupon for advertising this place after years of negative reviews (found on other websites after the fact) that were exactly my experience! If they have not changed anything in over 10 years, they never will. Also, you have to pay an extra tax or fee when you get there that is not included in the Groupon price.
The advertised time was 4pm- 9pm, we got there at 5:30 for them to tell us to rush to the other building for our picture because Santa was leaving! The slide and bounce house were in such a dark section of the park behind the fire pit that it just really felt unsafe and our toddler was afraid to go in. The section to watch the movie was all ice and we nearly fell a few times so we did not even bother going any further to take pictures near the decorations. The ice skating rink was so bumpy and there was no attendant there to give skates even though we were not going to risk going onto that unsafe rink. The train ride was a joke with only one car that fits like 2-3 people or 4 small children just circling a very small area. There were no arts and crafts to be found as promised. Most of the building doors were closed with locks. The staff just did not want to be there. Just a very sad place that could have better potential if run better. There was only one character walking around which was a mouse in a Santa suit.
We ended up playing in the arcade after doing a full 15 minutes of the entire walking experience. What a waste of money, we would have been better off spending that money at Dave & Buster's if all we are going to do was play old games in an arcade!

We enjoyed Ice skating and bouncy house before we went to the Santa Claus line. Waiting wasn’t a big deal, but the Covid Santa that sits behind everyone, that felt a little too 2021-ish….. tomorrow we welcome 2026, it’s time to revert back to pre-Covid conditions for Santa, we all deserve it.

Firstly, when I got there I asked about the tickets. They told me once the haunted Christmas starts I’d have my tickets checked before entering the haunted house. After waiting an hour and a half they tell me I need to check in at the front. Now they say they are charging me tax. When I asked why, she said they get charged a tax and we pay it. So we pay ypur tax to use Groupon services. Scam.
